Recruitment Firm – Global Offshore Energy Personnel
Business Requirement
Customer wanted to streamline the way contractors could be made aware of new roles and automate the candidate application process.
Solution Delivered
We integrated their CRM system and WordPress website. New contractor roles, input into the CRM system by consultants can be ‘pushed’ to the website and displayed. Functionality was created so the candidate can apply for a role via the website, their information being passed back to the CRM system and routed to the consultant dealing with that role.

Business Requirement
We wanted a single integrated platform for our prospecting activities, to provide CRM, Social Media Management, Website Tracking and Email Marketing. There should be a single data source allowing a bird’s eye view of each prospect account and their activities.
Solution Delivered
We evaluated a few different services but chose to use the Zoho service suite as a cost effective and easy to configure / use service.
The Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Sales IQ and Zoho Social modules have all been configured and integrated to work together. The Zoho service has also been integrated with Linkedin to automatically import contact and account records that may be relevant and enrich the prospect profile data.
Building Management Control Systems Consultancy
Business Requirement
The company had their internal documents stored on a hosted server in a UK datacentre. They wanted to migrate the documents to SharePoint Online to simplify their network and lay the foundations to automate certain business processes.
Solution Delivered
We worked with the customer to set up a series of new SharePoint sites in SharePoint Online, a service included within their Microsoft 365 subscription.
We created a structure to control the access to documents, across the organisation. Two and a half million documents were then migrated across to the sites from the legacy hosted servers.
