Meet the Team
Chris
Sales & Marketing
Chris has spent twenty-five years working in the IT and Telecommunications Sector. Following an engineering degree at Nottingham University, he owned and ran a London-based business providing cloud-based communications. Chris has co-founded Sussex Tech Support to deliver IT technology relevant to small local businesses.
Outside work, Chris is a petrolhead loving all things automotive and a keen tennis player.
Graham
Cybersecurity & Technology
Graham has worked in IT for more than 30 years. After getting a degree in Microelectronics at Edinburgh University. He worked for the Ministry of Defence and the University of Edinburgh before setting up his own software development company.
Co-founding Sussex Tech Support with Chris gives him the chance to pass on his IT and cybersecurity skills and experience to local Sussex businesses. Graham is a qualified assessor for both Cyber Essentials and IASME Cyber Assurance.
Like Chris, Graham is an avid petrolhead. In his spare time, he is studying part-time for a degree in Astrophysics with the Open University.
Paola
Operations & Finance
Paola has 16 years of experience in providing tailored support in operations roles. Her enthusiasm, dedication and attention to detail have helped her forge a great working relationships with our customers and suppliers. This shows in the operations of our company.
Jack
IT Support & Technology
Jack recently graduated with a degree in Computer Systems Engineering. Whilst waiting for his results, he approached Graham and asked if it was possible to do some work experience. Needless to say, he proved himself invaluable so we offered him a job. Jack loves hardware and is the ideal person to ask if you want advice.
Jack is a keen runner and skier and has just started keeping tropical fish!
